Honkamp Krueger & Co., P.C., a top 100 CPA firm, is seeking a maintenance coordinator to be the main point of contact for facilities maintenance and administration.
- Develop quarterly maintenance schedules for all office locations
- Oversee regular inspection in all Employer owned or operated offices to ensure work areas are safe and free from hazards
- Manage the preventative maintenance of all equipment
- Monitor, assign and schedule maintenance from facility work requests
- Perform basic repair maintenance, as needed
- Travel to all office locations for facility/maintenance needs
This role requires:
- Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to learn new software programs
