Director of Food and Nutrition Services
- Associates degree in Management, Food Service, or related field required.
- Minimum of 5-10 years’ of food service experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role required.
- Prior Nutrition and Food Service experience, preferably in a health care setting.
- Proficiency in MS Office and electronic medical record programs preferred.
- Proficient in preparing and presenting material to peers, patients/residents and the public preferred.
We are seeking a full-time (40 hours/week) Director of Food and Nutrition Services to work in our hospital.
This leadership position is responsible for establishing standards for the provision of nutrition for all patients/customers of the Food & Nutrition Services Department. Responsible to implement and maintain the established standards. Oversees the food production operation and services in cooperation with patient care services in one integrated and high performing department while maintaining a culture of excellence.
