After Hours Dispatcher

We have an opening for a full-time After-Hours Fleet Manager at our corporate office in Dubuque, Iowa. Using a team approach, our After-Hours Fleet Managers support freight movements throughout North America by coordinating with drivers, customers, and other Fleet Managers. Position is 3rd shift with a rotating weekend schedule. It averages 37-40 hours per week.

 

This position offers a starting salary of $40,000 (based on experience) and a yearly bonus, based on the company’s profitability. That’s in addition to a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, 2 weeks paid vacation in your first year, and 401(k) with match.

 

Ideal candidates will have some post-secondary education or 1-2 years of experience in business management or transportation/logistics. Strong communication, problem-solving and computer skills are needed. Minimal traveling is required. Possible internship opportunity.
