Heartland Financial USA, Inc. (Heartland) is seeking a Data Quality Analyst to join our growing team in Dubuque, IA. The Data Quality Analyst will anticipate, research, identify and resolve data issues with Heartland Financial information. This Data Quality Analyst/Specialist will provide analytical support to determine the business impact of Data Quality [DQ] issues by analyzing their scope and complexity and develops core DQ initiatives, standards and processes. This role will support Data Governance at Heartland.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent combination of experience and/or certification.
- 3 -5 years’ experience in a Data Quality Role.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of datasets and RDBMS, legal and regulatory impacts of DQ issues, and how to safe-guard information.
- Certified Information Management Professional (CIMP) in Data Quality or other industry recognized data quality certification (e.g., IQACP, ISO800), preferred.
