Monday-Friday: 11am-7:30pm; every third weekend and holiday rotation 5:15am-1:45pm. Could also work 6:45 am-3:15 pm on weekdays and weekends.
Under the direct supervision of the Clinical Coordinator, is responsible for completing and processing patient menus and nourishments to assure compliance with diet orders. Responsible for using computer software systems to ensure patient safety with food related allergies and accuracy of meal tickets. Calculates patient carbohydrate and calorie intake. Assist with patient tray and nourishment delivery to floors. Provides proper phone etiquette and customer service for all age groups from infants to elderly.
High School diploma. Computer skills and basic knowledge of software applications. Basic knowledge of modified diets.
