Supervise and coordinate 3rd shift production employees in the core room, molding, melting, and cleaning departments to ensure quality products, timely production, and a safe work environment. This includes monitoring machines and processes to ensure maximum efficiency, production of quality parts and compliance with OSHA standards for a safe working environment. Identify the need for additional training and development for employees and help to resolve those needs.
- Four-year degree, with related experience and training preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
- Excellent “people” and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities is necessary.
- General computer knowledge of MS Office with strong experience in Excel spreadsheets is required.
- Experience with an ERP software system (production schedules, time clock, work orders, purchase orders, etc) is preferred.
