401(k) PLAN ADMINISTRATOR

401(k) Plan Administrator

 for TPC 401(k) located in Dickeyville, WI

We are seeking a business-minded individual with experience in the 401(k) daily administration area.  This is a full-time position.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process contributions, distributions, and monitor daily system tasks
  • Provide client support and customer service on day-to-day issues with clients and participants
  • Communicate changes, problems and issues proactively with clients
  • Respond to client requests, issues, and/or problems promptly, efficiently and effectively
  • Other projects and office support as needed

 

Required Skills:

  • 401(k) administration experience preferred
  • Excellent computer skills required:  Excel, Word, Email, and Relius (preferred)
  • Proven communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Detail orientated
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
