The City of Dubuque, Iowa invites applications for the position of Clerical Assistant in the Police Department Records Room. This is a part-time position with a work schedule of approximately 25 hours per week on average. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical, data entry, customer service and receptionist duties.  The successful candidate will possess some clerical and document imaging experience; a high school diploma or its equivalent, supplemented by advanced coursework in secretarial and business practices; experience working with a diverse workforce; or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the essential knowledge, skills and abilities.
