OEM Sales Director

Reporting to the Executive Director of Sales, you will be responsible for OEM key customers and developing new business. You will coordinate the overall sales activities for your OEM accounts, including LTA/NDA negotiation, new project identification and customer relationship management. You will influence the account strategy development and the execution of it by your overall customer understanding and representing the customer voice within the matrix multi-disciplinary Agriculture team.
