Personal Risk Manager / Sales & Service

TRICOR Insurance, Marshfield, WI

TRICOR Insurance is a leading independent insurance agency that's ranked among the top 100 largest brokers in the United States. TRICOR is looking for a personal insurance sales in the Marshfield location. Our fast paced environment is built on relationships and taking care of our client's personal lines insurance needs. The Personal (Lines) Risk Manager (sales) position entails:

  • Identify & actively generate new leads, new prospects & develop relationships
  • Offer new & expanded products to clients
  • Coordinate renewal meetings with clients to review existing policies & to cross sell
  • Write new business
  • Establish and maintain close contact with insurance carrier underwriters to maximize effectiveness with clients
  • Providing excellent, timely customer service to policyholders and prospects
  • Data entry into EPIC Insurance data system and maintaining client records
  • Work with carriers & underwriters for new/existing clients 

Qualifications:

  • Computer software- MS office suite, and Internet literate
  • 1+ year in PL sales, insurance industry or related field (i.e. insurance carrier and/or underwriter side of the industry)
  • Hold Insurance License or must obtain license within 30 days of employment
  • Hold a valid Driver's license with appropriate Auto insurance coverage
  • Polished verbal & written communications
  • Character traits: strong work ethic, goal driven, self-sufficient, excellent problem solving skills, responsible, organized, to work quickly & accurately; attention for detail, ability to prioritize & multi-task
  • Act as a role model in terms of team success, resource and support for TRICOR goals & objectives
