Clinical Leader is responsible for mentoring and assisting with new associate orientation and continuing education for all department associates. Knowledge of Home care regulations required, including regulatory requirements, OASIS and ICD - 9 CM and ICD-10 coding. Assist Director in achieving departmental goals and quality initiatives. Serve as a resource to associates and director. Troubleshoot complex problems in client care. Assist with identifying opportunities for PI and data collection. Educate new Clinical staff to OASIS requirements. Work closely with home care coder to ensure accurate coding/reimbursement. Responsible for joint commission, Magnet and other various accrediting agency requirements. assists Director with planning, interviewing & departmental budget. Position requires BSN.
