Assistant Director of Residence Life

The university is currently seeking an outgoing, collaborative, student-centered individual for the full-time, 12 month position of Assistant Director of Residence Life. The Assistant Director of Residence Life will assist in coordinating the residence life program. This live-in professional will provide a living environment for resident students that supports the academic mission of the University and is conducive for academic success and personal growth.  The Assistant Director will cultivate appropriate student relationships, train and supervise Resident Assistant staff and Residence Life Office Assistant staff.

This position will require a Master’s degree in College Student Personnel or related field; equivalent experience or progressive work toward a Master’s degree may be considered. Experience in residence life is also preferred.
