Are you a highly successful administrative assistant who has been thinking of expanding your HR education and/or experience, then maybe this job is for you! HKP is seeking a human resources coordinator to perform a variety of support functions for the HR consulting team. These responsibilities range from simple to complex and require strong organization skills.
Responsibilities may include:
- Supporting the team with administrative requests
- Preparation of proposals and letters of engagement
- Maintaining departmental revenue, billing and expenses and operations functions
- Liaising with marketing and sales
- Producing high quality client materials
- Interacting with prospects and clients
The ideal candidate:
The successful candidate will have a basic knowledge and understanding of HR fundamentals with high level administrative expertise.
- Associate degree or equivalent position related experience preferred
- High level of confidentiality
- Ability to rely on experience and judgment to accomplish goals
- Intermediate-Expert level of computer skills (Microsoft Office or other software programs relating to job duties)
