Custom Products Intern

As an Intern with our Higher Education team, you will use your passion for education to develop tools that unlock the potential in every learner. 
The Custom Products Intern will work closely with custom eBook metadata, McGraw-Hill digital product offer requests and other MHHE applications to keep custom data up to date and accurate.
Your contribution to the team includes:
- Communicate regularly with Custom Products team to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of all assigned projects.
- Keeping Team Lead and Solutions Program Manager informed on challenges related to Salesforce and the Custom Tracking application.
- Accuracy of detail as it relates to metadata, eBook setup, and Connect offer setup.
What you'll need to be successful:  
- Strong computer skills and detail oriented.
- Our Interns have a passion for learning and the ability to work effectively both independently or as part of a small team.
- Candidates must be currently enrolled in a college or university degree program.   
- Strong preference will be given to rising Seniors with an expected graduation date between December 2019 and June 2020. 
Our Summer Internship Program offers challenging and impactful project work, exposure to senior leadership and professional development opportunities.  Internships at McGraw-Hill are typically 10 weeks in duration beginning in the May - June time frame.
