TFM Co needs a hands-on Assistant Store Manager to help oversee the day-to-day operations of our Oky Doky and A&W store. If you have a minimum of 2 years of foodservice and/or retail experience including 1 year in a management role, we want to meet you.
This is a working position with management duties. Your work experience needs to include the following responsibilities:
- Staff Training
- Daily account balancing
- Scheduling of Employees
- Inventory Control and Ordering
- ServSafe Certification (or the ability to obtain it)
This position requires your leadership skills to include the ability to demonstrate a high positive energy, swift conflict resolution, a sharp focus on defining and achieving team and company goals, and exemplary customer relation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Miscrosoft Excel is required. Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus!
This is a Full-time position. Compensation is $40,000 per year based on an hourly wage with on-time bonus and a great benefits package that includes:
