We currently have a full-time Digital Banker position for immediate placement. Primary responsibilities of this position include:
--Primary banker to receive customer service phone calls.
--Retain and service existing customers by providing the highest level of personal customer service.
--Counsel customers regarding financial products/rates and suggest a strategy to obtain the best result based on the customers desires and resources.
--Open deposit accounts and cross-sell retail banking products/services designed to expand our customer base while attaining established goals for deposit and referral generation.
We're looking for individuals who possess the following skills:
--Excellent customer service, communication, and sales
--Detail oriented and organized
--Multi-tasking, time management, and critical thinking
--Microsoft Office (world, excel, outlook)
