Digital Marketing Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Use tools, platforms, and technology to track and analyze Dupaco’s digital media with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Develop and evaluate goals, objectives, key performance indicators and tactics in support of the corporate strategic plan
  • Design and build advanced analytical report suites integrating multi-source data
  • Identify gaps in data capture strategy and recommend enhancements
  • Manage tracking code placement, conversion funnels, web and social media analytics
  • Analyze organic search data and assist in SEO keyword strategy development
  • Analyze digital campaigns and collaborate on optimization
  • Manage digital campaign expenses, estimate costs, stay on budget, and reconcile discrepancies
  • Collaborate with marketing, cross-functional teams, and vendors to achieve objectives
  • Communicate analytical insights, make recommendations, and obtain acceptance and commitment of others
  • Present complex ideas and information in a clear, concise, useful way to all audiences
  • Execute multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously and prioritize appropriately
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with file and data transfer security protocols
  • Provide quality service to members, potential members and coworkers
  • Demonstrate teamwork and professionalism in all interactions with coworkers
  • Promote a professional image of the credit union at all times
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital, or computer science, or a closely related field
  • Experience with developing, planning, coordinating, and executing ongoing digital marketing strategies
  • 2+ years’ experience using data platforms for web analytics, tag management, online advertising, and social analytics preferred
  • Must be proficient in deployment and analysis of: digital marketing campaigns, key performance indicators (KPIs), and tag management
  • High degree of data literacy with experience in advanced analytics using A/B testing, channel segmentation, multiple data sources, and journey mapping
  • Proven pro-active self-starter with ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks or projects
  • Ability to communicate (written & verbal) complex ideas and data in a clear, concise, and useful way to all audiences across the organizational structure
  • Proven track record of attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
  • Strong project management skills, driving a project from inception to completion
