Dining Services Supervisor

Sisters of Charity, BVM (Mt. Carmel), Dubuque, IA

The Dining Services Supervisor supports and executes all functions relating to a successful dining program; oversees the PM Dining Services staff, ensures the production of nutritious and delicious meals, and above-and-beyond service to the residents.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: food production, menu planning, customer service, nutrition, sanitation and safety, management and record-keeping.

Ideal candidate shall possess a culinary degree or specialized training in food service cooking, ServSafe certification, and 3-5 years of relevant experience. Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) required, or able to complete within 24 months of hire.
