HKP is seeking an implementation specialist to orientate and guide new clients through the account setup process.
- Orientating new clients through the new payroll account setup process
- Implementation of client payroll data
- Providing guidance and training on products
- Managing client relationships and providing client service
The ideal candidate:
We're interested in detail-oriented individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service. The implementation specialist will have the ability to ensure that clients are receiving the maximum benefit of their product.
This role requires:
- Associate degree
- Payroll and/or human resources background a plus
- Clerical and customer service experience
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn new software programs
- Successful completion of background check and drug screen
