Stonehill Franciscan Services is looking for fun, loving and compassionate team member to assist residents with their dining experience at our Health Center. This position will be scheduled 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Every other weekend and every other holiday is required.
The successful candidate will provide top quality customer service in every aspect of daily work and desires to help residents and employees while building relationships and ascribe to our Franciscan core values and Stonehill mission.
As a Lead Dining Services Manager, you are part of the Dining Services team with responsibilities that include recruiting, training, scheduling and supervision of Dining Services personnel, establish appropriate job descriptions and assignments for staff, organize and manage daily activities, coordinate menu planning, cash handling, provide excellent customer service, willingness to cook and bake, actively assist the Director of Dining Services and other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 1 year supervisory preferred
- HS Diploma or Equivalent
- Six (6) months experience in food service industry preferred
- Strong Leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written commnication skills
- CDM preferred, required to complete upon acceptance
