A local greater Dubuque area organization is seeking to add a Finance Manager to their team. The Finance Manager will manage all accounting and finance activities as it relates to the hiring organization.
What you get to do:
- Prepare and Manage the operating budget, program budgets and short and long term fiscal planning.
- Manage the full financial accounting, including accounting procedures, bank accounts, and expenditures.
- Oversee the payroll, AP, A/R.
- Responsible for financial reports (financial statements, audits and reimbursements).
What we need from you:
- Bachelor’s degree in a Finance or Accounting related field
- Proven professional work experience in fiscal management and financial background
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Solid proven experience with Microsoft Suite and Quickbooks
