As the Executive Director you will:
Set the strategic plan for the campus and direct the day-to-day tasks to achieve your objectives.
Recruit, develop, and lead department leaders.
Set and manage the operational and capital budgets.
Assume responsibility for implementation and oversight of the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement program.
Develop and maintain census and occupancy at optimal levels.
Create an atmosphere that builds genuine relationships between our team and the residents so we can better serve those we care for.
Ensure the organization is active in the community and meaningful marketing strategies are implemented.
Proactively lead the organization through changes while living the mindset of pursuing better each day.
Communicate openly and honestly with staff, residents, families, your leader, and the board of directors.
Other duties as assigned.
Active and in good standing Iowa Nursing Home Administrator's License.
