IT Support Analyst
Cottingham & Butler is looking to add a Support Analyst to our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to take their career to the next level or that is looking for new challenges. This position is responsible for answering, logging, and troubleshooting all help desk calls. You will also procure, deploy, and inventory all desktop hardware and software to include ensuring proper security levels are in place. In addition, you will consult with end-users to identify their cellular device needs and make recommendations for services.
