Rapidly Growing Local Ecommerce Business seeking a Product and Marketing Specialist

DDI, Inc., an off-shore manufacturer of a wide variety of retail goods, is seeking a creative and organized individual to assist with online sales of a variety of products. We are currently selling with 15 online partners ranging from national eccommerce websites to our local online partners.  The successful candidate will be responsible for or contribute to maintaining product listings, writing copy for products, managing online and social media marketing and ultimately selling products through our variety of ecommerce partners. Being able to take and edit photography is a plus.

Job Functions

• Updating item copy and images to present a uniform catalog across our partners
• Facilitating price updates across platforms
• Writing and editing copy for new and existing products (could also include photography and photo editing)
• Forecasting sales and placing new production orders to our teams overseas
• Utilizing a variety of online marketing tools to increase sales
• Take part in product research to determine new and exciting products to bring to market.
• Performing customer service tasks when necessary

Education and /or Experience

• 1-2 years experience in an office setting
• Bachelors or Associates degree a plus
• Proficient to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel and Access Database
• Photography and graphic design experience is a bonus
