NEW STARTING WAGES: $16.75 – $18.75/HR based on experience
Full-time and part-time positions are available for all shifts!

Second shift differential $2/hr
Third shift differential $0.50/hr
Weekend differential $3/hour (1st, 2nd, & 3 shifts)
Personal Assistant III
This position provides personal support and active engagement of clients to maintain a therapeutic, growth producing relationship through implementing client's program plans, maintaining knowledge of individual's strengths, needs and personal likes/dislikes and utilizes this knowledge.
Personal Assistant III's also communicate with each individual using their preferred communication style and provides reinforcement and/or prompting to individuals for appropriate behavior and skills. Hills & Dales promotes interaction in ways that acknowledge more independent behavior and encourages the future use of this behavior.
This position supports client choice making and identifies opportunities to teach and also encourages participation of clients in the community. Personal Assistant IIIs document each individual's progress on goals and programs and assists clients with money handling skills. PA IIIs also provide physical supports and promote the dignity of clients served.
Eighteen years of age or older.
High school diploma or equivalent, required. AA or BA in a related field is preferred.
Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
Two years of direct support experience in a behavioral health setting is preferred.
