Location: Dubuque, IA

This role will be responsible for managing specific target niches and will get to know the key companies and players within the niches. The position is primarily outbound and requires someone that is proactive with networking and relationship building. It is a high-profile position and will give you the opportunity to partner with top executives in the company.

 

What do you need to be successful in a position like this? You need to be an out-of-the-box thinker that is capable of producing innovative ways to attract top-tier talent. You will be communicating with a wide variety of people every day, from executives and managers to applicants and new employees. This is a fast-paced position and requires the ability to multi-task and a high level of organization. There will be a strong emphasis on building relationships within the communities where we have offices with the hope of building talent pipelines.
