This position is eligible for a $1,000 Sign-On Bonus. 

Work hours will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, for 72 hours per pay period. No weekend or holidays.

Our Family Practice clinic is located in Cascade. These are by appointment and walk-in care clinics.

Qualifications

Medical assistant education from an accredited training program with AAMA or NCMA certification required.

Responsibilities

Assists provider and other clinical staff with obtaining basic vital information, preparing patient for examination, treatment, and minor surgical procedures. Administers medication, other treatments, and injections as ordered by provider. Tracks and follows up on patient testing related to disease process management, schedules referrals, answers phone calls and takes appropriate messages, and makes appropriate documentation in electronic medical records. Performs phlebotomy and lab testing as needed. Assists and performs other procedures as needed.
