Job Overview
Cottingham & Butler Claims Services is adding a Work Comp Nurse Case Manager to our team. This is a perfect role for someone that thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making a difference but doesn’t want to work in a clinical environment anymore. This is job is 100% telephonic. It is a M-F job with no nights, weekends, or holidays. Applicants must reside in IA, IL, or WI.
In this role, you will provide telephonic case management services to employees that have have been injured at work. The goal is to promote quality and cost-effective outcomes while helping individuals reach maximum improvement. Duties will include evaluating treatment plans, coordinating medical care, establishing return-to-work plans, and providing counseling. You will serve as a liaison between the injured worker, the company, the medical providers, and the claims adjusters.
Qualified candidates will have an RN with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, preferably in ER, ICU, or Occupational Health. Work Comp experience is helpful, but not required.
