As the National Accounts Coordinator at Crescent Electric, you will be a liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal partners. In this role, you will act as a resource to increase National & Strategic Accounts sales & profits across the company. The National Accounts Coordinator administers contracts, assists and guides all involved parties to ensure successful contract implementation and compliance.
Offer assistance to other Strategic Initiative business units to help with operational efficiencies to maximize profitability, increase sales, and assist with critical customer retention projects.
Collaborate with customers & track Total Cost of Ownership efficiencies to maintain and secure large pieces of profitable business.
Complete match-up listings on proposed geographies, both internally and for the Strategic, Vantage Group and IM Supply opportunities.
Conduct price and cost problem solving research on issues related to the Eclipse Pricing Hierarchy, SPA, & cost-up pricing mechanics.
Provide set-up and maintenance of new and existing customer accounts in the Crescent Electric Eclipse system. Maintain customer account records in the system adding or removing information as necessary.
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; 2+ years of sales and/or customer service experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Superior Microsoft Excel skills
Effective communication and listening skills\
Ability to establish relationships with customers, employees, and vendors.
