Join our team! We are looking for a professional and inviting Front Desk Receptionist to take on our clerical and customer service needs. In this role you will be the face of the company and responsible for the first impression of guests, clients and employees who walk in our doors!

The ideal candidate has a pleasant attitude with excellent communication skills in person and over the phone, is detail oriented and enjoys working with others.

Essential Functions:

• Answer all incoming telephone calls and ask detailed questions to direct to the appropriate parties
• Greet all visitors and inform internal employees of the presence
• Manage email and faxes for appropriate divisions
• Assist with other company initiatives as assigned
