Chemical Tanker Dispatcher/Equipment Planner

Are you looking for a fast-paced and challenging career with opportunity for advancement? If so, Quest Liner, Inc., a dynamic and growth oriented bulk chemical transportation company, is seeking a full-time Dispatcher/Equipment Planner at our Central Dispatch Operation in Dubuque, IA.

Through a team approach with driver and customer coordination, our Dispatcher/Equipment Planner works with the Terminal Manager and Fleet Managers to plan shipment movements throughout the US and Canada.

Requirements:

• Previous dispatching experience is a requirement
• Prior knowledge of Chemical dispatch preferred, but not required
• Strong communication skills
• Problem-solving and computer skills
• Minimal travel is required
• Must be willing to work 40 to 50 hours a week with a flexible schedule
• Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 3 years of experience in Transportation business management
• Occasional After-Hours On-Call availability required

Pay/Benefits:

• Compensation based on experience and education, with annual reviews. Compensation scale: $50,000 annual salary, plus Profitability Bonus, plus On-Call Stipend.

• Paid Time Off---80 Hours in the First Year
