Executive Assistant - MercyOne - Full Time Days

Job Overview

This position will provide administrative support to the President.  Five (5) years of administrative experience required with proficiency in Microsoft Suite Products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).  Selected candidate will have excellent writing and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment.  High level of discretion, judgment and a personal presence that is characterized by honesty, integrity and caring is necessary.  Must be able to type 50+ words per minute, record/transcribe minutes and have strong communication skills with the ability to compose, spell, edit, and proof documents.
