Job Overview

As the Systems Analyst, you will use your technical and analytical expertise to manage and maintain the integrity of loan and deposit related applications.  In addition, write various automations to improve procedures. This role will collaborate with various staff members, departments and stakeholders to ensure that all loan/deposit systems are functioning and being leveraged to support the strategic initiatives of the credit union

You’ll be:

  • Collaborate with Helpdesk, Workflow and IT Support teams to assist with issues related to loan or deposit applications (escalating technical issues, continuing development of software needs, etc.).
  • Write various automations to improve procedures for departments utilizing the RPA tool Automate by HelpSystems, utilizing SQL, Soap, Rest API, RPA, and PowerShell.
  • Maintain critical non-core applications (OnBase, DepositPro, LaserPro, CreditQuest, Sync1, Encompass, etc.) by managing and installing updates to systems, along with troubleshooting issues with these applications as they arise.
  • Work with departments that use aforementioned applications to identify automations to be implemented to save those departments time.
  • Provide feedback while assisting departments with technical and analytical application support (implementation, upgrades, etc.) to help ensure that the focus remains on solutions that will provide success with future growth and not just short-term workarounds/fixes.
  • Load, track, and manage support tickets with vendors and support these ongoing relationships by attending regular meetings to review escalated issues, understand product releases, and discuss future enhancements.
  • Participate, and in some cases lead projects related to applications under your per-view to increase efficiency, or usability of the applications.

You’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • SQL, Powershell, Rest API experience, preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and perform resolution analysis for various issues
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently
