Kendall Hunt Publishing's K-12 Division is looking for their next Marketing and Product Support Administrator! In this role, you will provide support for marketing and product teams including educator verification and customer support pertaining to our free K-12 digital math program. This position also includes administrative support with document preparation, photo research, and other developmental marketing needs.

What Will You Do?
- Support our Illustrative Mathematics users by answering tickets in regards to password resets, specific curriculum locations, and assist in answering other related questions or requests
- Assist with development of marketing collateral by pulling examples from products, images and examples to support messaging and product positioning
- Provide other product support by conducting photo research and reviewing online product materials for accuracy and ensuring there are no marketing errors
Who Do We Need?
- Someone with prior marketing experiences, is a plus
- Someone with great attention to detail, with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Someone who enjoys customer service and working collaboratively with internal and external individuals
- Someone with a bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, business, communications, or other related fields; or two to four years of related experience and/or training
