Job Overview

Paradigm Education Solutions is looking for their newest Product Owner! This position launches the successful candidate on a professional development path in national product and portfolio management. The Product Owner works with the Paradigm VP to discover, scope, vet, pilot and stand up new program initiatives consistent with Paradigm’s mission. In so doing, they will create and present business cases, develop and formalize co-development and distribution agreements, and coordinate internal and external resources in furtherance of each program.

Who We Need!

• Someone who searches out partners who offer products and programs consistent with that mission and that can expand our reach, accelerate our growth
• Someone who engages early and effectively with problems originating with partners, vendors, or internal partners. Who is also able to collaborative with those involved to preserve the product vision and schedule.
• Someone who can effectively manage both project budgets and departmental budgets to achieve the maximum return on investment. You will forecasts sales, create and own project-level P&Ls, and is accountable for portfolio revenue targets.
• Someone who takes ownership of a discipline domain and makes use of an awareness of the business environment in each of Paradigm’s markets to design and develop cutting-edge solutions.
• At this time, this role does require the candidate to work out of our Dubuque, Iowa home office.
• Bachelor's degree with a least three (3) years of sales, editorial, entrepreneurial, or marketing experience.
