DuTrac Financial Group provides a full-service financial advisory program.  Product specialties include mutual funds, IRA's, stocks/bonds, annuities, and long-term care and life insurance.  Sales Assistant responsibilities include:

  • Assisting DuTrac Financial Group with scheduling of appointments, preparing files for client visits, maintaining and updating client files, and processing servicing requests
  • Processing investment and insurance product applications and forms
  • Managing the logistics of member educational seminars and client events
  • Servicing all client requests, walk-in and telephone, in a professional and friendly manner
  • Sending communication to clients in a timely manner
  • Performing general office tasks

The Sales Administrative Coordinator must be highly organized, meticulous, and demonstrate confidentiality.  Must obtain FINRA Series 7 & 66 Securities and life and health insurance licenses within 12 months of starting the position.
