Our human resources team is growing!!  We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) to be part of our dynamic HR Team. 

The Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) will be responsible for recruiting professional and support positions at MercyOne Medical Center - Dubuque/Dyersville. Candidates must have HR experience with a focus on recruitment/talent acquisition.  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field required. Position requires strong computer skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Must be organized, detail-orientated and accurate with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.  We offer a full benefit package  including three medical plan options, vision and dental insurance along a generous PTO plan, on-site daycare, education reimbursement and more!
