Job Overview
Human Resources/Payroll
The purpose of this position is to organize and maintain all records related to Human Resources and Payroll in an effective, efficient and financially sound manner.
The ideal candidate must be able to multitask and have time management skills to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities Include:
- Responsible for all interviewing and hiring.
- Orientation and onboarding of new employees.
- Prepare and process payroll ensuring all employees are paid accurately.
- Review and process payroll adjustments including vacation, bonuses and overtime.
- Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and supervisors.
- Orientation and onboarding of new employees.
- Assist with special projects.
- Maintain confidentiality of all information.
Pay based on experience.
