Your impact on the team:

You will be supporting the Learning Technology Representatives, District Managers, and Learning Specialists in all aspects of sales and marketing support. You will be working with internal teams and resources to help solve customer problems and provide excellent service.

Your critical thinking and creative skills will help bring sales strategy ideas to fruition, build marketing campaigns, and deliver training materials and sales kits to customer-facing teams. Reporting to the Manager of National Sales Support, your work will help build the future of learning.

A typical day might include:

-Administrative support in digital account creation, supplies management, and delivery of sales resources.

-Partnering with Learning Technology Representatives to resolve external customer issues.

-Supporting the sales team with email marketing, promotional materials, delivering sales kits, and setting up digital pilots.

-Building strong relationships and trusts with the sales teams, District Managers, product teams, and external customers.

We're looking for someone with:

-Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric focus and natural bias for teamwork.

-Ability to think independently and work with speed and accuracy to deliver results.

-Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and superior communication skills.

-Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Writer, other technology, and the web.

The pay range for this position is between $35,000 - $40,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Additionally, a full range of medical and/or other benefits may be provided, depending on the position offered. This information is provided per the Colorado Equal Pay Act.
