Pay Range: $72,779.20 - $111,924.80 yearly, $24.99 - $53.81

Job Description: Join our team at Anamosa State
Penitentiary as the Nursing Services Director! In this role you
would be responsible for development, implementation, and
revision of Health Services Procedures, along with supervising
and evaluating the work of the direct reports. Some of the
other duties would involve attending leadership and committee
meetings. In supervising staff you will be involved in the
personnel related actions, such as timekeeping, grievances,
and work schedules. You will need to be able to maintain a
nursing schedule to cover the institutions 24 hour operation.
This position also assures achievement of optimal level of care
to incarcerated individuals to meet care standards. In doing
this you will initiate action to alleviate barriers in delivery of
care by identifying, defining, and resolving problems. As well as
promoting the medical department standards, philosophy, goals,
and objectives to assure the optimum level of wellness.
Must have a current RN License.
