ADMINISTRATIVE AND HR SUPPORT
WAGE: $17/HOUR
CONTRACT TO HIRE: 1ST SHIFT
LOCATION: PEOSTA IA
SUMMARY:
Responsible for payroll functions, receptionist duties, and to assist with accounting and HR.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Perform weekly payroll, prepare quarterly and annual tax filings
- Assist in monthly financials
- Answer multi-line phone
- Assist with inventories
- Assist with payables and receivables
- Additional clerical tasks
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Understand payroll laws
- Understand basic function of Sage
- Ability to manage time and prioritize
- Min of 2 - year degree
- 2-5 years accounting support experience
