Job Overview
FLEET DISPATCHER
CONTRACT TO HIRE OR DIRECT HIRE
WAGES: $20-$28/HOUR
LOCATION: GALENA IL
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate charter booking from start to date of travels
- Liaison between customer and company employees
- Work closely with Safety Director to make sure each trip follows the FMSCA rules and regulations
- Answering incoming calls
- Enter bookings into Charter database
- Work with customers on contracts and final itineraries
- Assign drivers to the charters
- Reserve hotel accommodations
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Highly organized
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient in MS Suite
