Customer Service/Help Desk Support Interns

Hours: some flexibility but ideal 430p-730pm M-F, with possible full time hours in the summer

Contract: up to 18 months remote

Wage: $17.50/hour

Job Duties:

• Data Entry
• Review documents for accuracy
• Maintain and update account information
• Work in a fast paced office environment
• General office duties as needed

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED REQUIRED
• Strong Data Entry Skills
• Previous office experience required (1-2 years)
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
