Direct Hire / Full Time

Sedona is partnering with a local Dubuque, IA hiring company seeking to add Product Support Representatives to their team. This is a remote / work from home opportunity. The best fit candidates will answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems. May install software or perform hardware testing remotely. Enter commands and observe system functioning to verify correct operations and detect errors. Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities. Training is available, but the right fit candidate must possess excellent customer services experience and have solid work longevity in previously held positions.

• Proficient with MS Office
• Exceptional listening skills
• Ability to multi task
• Possess a positive, proactive attitude
• Basic HTML experience a plus
• VB experience a plus
• Understanding of HIPPA compliance regulations
• BS degree preferred
