Job Overview

PROJECT MANAGER

Primary Outcomes:

• Successful project implementation from start to finish
• Management of all internal and external communication for each assigned project
• Display fiscal responsibility for all assigned projects

Detailed Tasks/Duties:

1. Facilitation of all internal and external meetings
2. Creating and maintaining the project schedule including milestones, releases and shipments
3. Coordination of all production releases
4. Identification of all material and suppliers for projects
5. Completion of the Material Order Takeoff, ordering materials, communication of lead times and monitoring arrival of material
6. Review project specifications for understanding and clarification of scope
7. Identification of submittal requirements, coordinating submittals to be assembled by the Project Admin
8. Review shop drawings to ensure accuracy, review and reconcile budget
9. Creation of and obtaining approval on change orders as needed
10. Understand and promote the company vision and values
11. All other duties as assigned

Preferred Skills:

• Minimum of 1 year construction industry experience
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints
• Ability to understand construction concepts and order of construction operations
• CAD experience, wall cladding design or installation experience desired

Salary Range: $60K-80K
