COMPENSATION ANALYST

WAGE: $35/HOUR

LOCATION: REMOTE, PREFER LOCAL FROM ATLANTA AREA

Critical Skills (Required):
Experience with compensation and HRIS systems
Advanced data analysis skills
Strong teamwork skills
Financial analysis and operational modeling
Project and process management
Metrics management
Stakeholder management
Vendor management
Ability to multi-task with high volume of projects
Excellent communication skills

Additional Knowledge and Skills (Preferred / Not Required):
3+ years' experience with job evaluation and market pricing.
6+ years’ experience in all aspects of analysis and management of broad-based employee compensation programs at a company of comparable size and complexity.

Bachelor’s degree
