Job Overview

The University of Dubuque invites applications for a Full-time Faculty position in Psychology, beginning in August, 2022.  The ideal candidate will be able to teach a broad range of psychology courses, with a focus on developmental psychology/diversity or experimental psychology/cognitive science preferred.  She/he will have a commitment to pedagogical excellence and a record of success in creating a hospitable classroom environment.  A desire to integrate faith and learning is highly desirable. Ongoing responsibilities include teaching 24 credit hours per year, advising students, maintaining a scholarship agenda, and participating in the broader life of the University. The Ph.D. is preferred, but Master’s candidates who are willing to complete a doctorate will be considered.
