- Handling the day-to-dy activities of ordering all garments.
- Ensure qualilty excution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works.
- Prepare Purchase Orders.
- Work closely with sales, receiving and production departments.
- Handling and monitoring of deliveries.
- contacting vendors for incorrect, shortages or damaged items.
- Monitor pricing and negotiate the best price for garments.
- Implementing department procedures and realizing department goals.
- Ability to think quickly on your feet to support the sales and receiving departments.
- Be knowledgeable about the product and services provided by the company.
