Job Overview

Key Responsibilities of the Purchasing Specialist:

• Handling the day-to-dy activities of ordering all garments.
• Ensure qualilty excution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works.
• Prepare Purchase Orders.
• Work closely with sales, receiving and production departments.
• Handling and monitoring of deliveries.
• contacting vendors for incorrect, shortages or damaged items.
• Monitor pricing and negotiate the best price for garments.
• Implementing department procedures and realizing department goals.
• Ability to think quickly on your feet to support the sales and receiving departments.
• Be knowledgeable about the product and services provided by the company.
