Office Assistant
A small family owned, local Dubuque employer, is seeking an Office Assistant. This is a 1st shift position, working Monday-Friday available starting ASAP!
TEMP TO HIRE: 1ST SHIFT
- Monday 8am-5:30pm
- Tuesday 8:30am-5pm
- Wednesday 8:30am-4pm
- Thursday 8:30am 4pm
- Friday 9am-12pm
WAGE: $12-$14/HOUR
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer phones
- Data entry
- Assisting customers with orders
- Creating invoices and purchase orders
- Pull product labels
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of basic math
- Data entry and Microsoft Excel
- Self motivated
